Sites & Cités remarquables de France en partenariat avec le ministère de l’Europe et des Affaires étrangères, le ministère de la Culture, et avec le soutien de la Ville de Rouen, d’Elbeuf-sur-Seine, de la Métropole Rouen Normandie, de la Région Normandie et les Ambassades des pays partenaires, organise la 8^e édition de sa Semaine de formation internationale du 14 au 18 novembre 2022, en Région Normandie, à Rouen et à Elbeuf-sur-Seine.

Thème 2022 : « Patrimoines, médiation et participation citoyenne »

Cette rencontre portera sur « Patrimoines, médiation et participation citoyenne ». L’appropriation citoyenne du patrimoine et des centres anciens est un enjeu majeur pour de nombreuses collectivités et associations.

Objectifs de la Semaine internationale de formation

Les objectifs de cette formation internationale sont :
• d’échanger les compétences et les expériences développées par les collectivités françaises et étrangères ;
• de former les professionnels à la mise en place de projets transversaux , de proposer des expériences innovantes pouvant inspirer des projets dans les pays partenaires ;
• de favoriser les projets de coopération décentralisée entre autorités locales françaises et des pays participants.

Déroulé de la Semaine de formation internationale

Par des ateliers en salle présentant expériences françaises et internationales, par des visites de terrain, cette Semaine apportera une formation concrète et complète à 15 chefs de projets internationaux sur les thématiques suivantes :

Construire une stratégie intégrée de mise en valeur des patrimoines
Améliorer l’appropriation citoyenne du patrimoine et du cadre de vie
Offrir aux habitants de nouveaux espaces et de nouveaux usages, à la croisée des enjeux patrimoniaux, sociaux et économiques
Faciliter l’accessibilité au patrimoine et développer les outils numériques au service des patrimoines
Faire du jeune public des ambassadeurs de leur patrimoine

Informations pratiques :

Organisée sous un format hybride, en présentiel et en ligne, la semaine de formation internationale se déroulera à Rouen et Elbeuf-sur-Seine pour 15 participants et une rediffusion sera assurée par la plateforme Zoom.

L’intégralité de la Semaine de formation internationale sera accessible pour les participants en présentiel (ateliers de travail, visites de terrain, déjeuners…).

Les participants en ligne auront accès aux ateliers de travail des mercredi 16, jeudi 17 et vendredi 18 novembre 2022.

Conditions de participation :

En présentiel : candidature à envoyer avant le 14 octobre 2022.
En ligne : inscription à réaliser avant le 10 novembre 2022.

Theme 2021: « Heritage, mediation and citizen participation »

As the appropriation of heritage and old town centres by citizens is a major issue for many local authorities and associations, Sites & Cités has chosen « Heritage, mediation and citizen participation » as the theme of the Week.

Objectives of the International Training Week

The objectives of this international meeting are

to exchange skills and experiences developed by French and foreign communities;
to train professionals in the implementation of transversal projects that can inspire projects in partner countries;
to promote decentralized cooperation projects between French local authorities and those of the participating countries.

Course of the International Training Week

Through indoor workshops presenting French and international experiences and field visits, this week will provide concrete and comprehensive training to 15 international project managers on the following topics :

Building an integrated heritage development strategy
Improving citizens’ ownership of their heritage and living environment
To offer inhabitants new spaces and new uses, at the crossroads of heritage, social and economic issues
Facilitating access to heritage and developing digital tools for heritage
Making young people ambassadors for their heritage

Practical information and conditions

Practical information:

Organised in a hybrid format, in-person and online, the international training week will take place in Rouen and Elbeuf-sur-Seine for 15 participants and a re-broadcast is provided by the Zoom platform.

The entire International Training Week will be accessible to participants in person (workshops, field visits, lunches…).

Online participants will have access to the workshops on Wednesday 16, Thursday 17 and Friday 18 November 2022.

Conditions:

In person : application to be sent before 14 October 2022.
Online : registration to be completed before 10 November 2022.
