VERSION FRANCAISE :

Le programme «1 heure, 1 expérience» de Sites & Cités se décline à l’échelle internationale avec «1 hour, 1 experience» à destination de l’ensemble du réseau de partenaires internationaux de l’Association. Pendant une heure, deux expériences – une française et une internationale – sont présentées, suivies d’un temps d’échange entre participants et intervenants. Ce programme est organisé avec le soutien du Ministère de l’Europe et des Affaires étrangères et du Ministère de la Culture.

Ouvert aux collectivités membres et aux partenaires internationaux, les sessions sont organisées en visioconférence (via Zoom) et un interprétariat français <> anglais est assuré.

Connaissance et préservation du patrimoine

Objectif :

Montrer l’importance de la connaissance du patrimoine pour œuvrer à sa préservation et à sa restauration.

Ancienne capitale historique du Second Empire bulgare, Veliko Tarnovo possède un patrimoine remarquable, inscrit dans un cadre naturel exceptionnel. Depuis 2003, la ville a engagé un important travail d’inventaire du patrimoine – analyse, typologie, qualification et projets d’intervention sur les immeubles – en vue de l’élaboration d’un plan de gestion et de préservation de son centre historique. Associant artisans, entreprises du bâtiment et maîtres d’œuvre, le projet, appuyé sur une connaissance fine du bâti ancien, a permis d’échanger sur les techniques de restauration du patrimoine tout en développant des outils de sensibilisation pour les habitants.

Mis en révision et étendu en 2017 sur la totalité du « bouchon de Champagne » et ses 137 hectares, le Plan de Sauvegarde et de Mise en Valeur de la Ville de Troyes constitue un document d’urbanisme patrimonial ambitieux qui fixe les orientations d’aménagement, les droits à restaurer ou à construire dans une logique de protection du patrimoine urbain. Au sein de ce périmètre, la Ville travaille au quotidien sur la mise en valeur du patrimoine en retrouvant les structures originelles du bâti et qui permettent ensuite d’orienter la manière de restaurer selon les époques, en particulier les maisons à « pans de bois » typiques de la cité troyenne.

ENGLISH VERSION :

Sites & Cités’ program “1 heure, 1 expérience” is expanded to the international scale with “1 hour 1 experience” aimed at the Association’s entire international network.
For one hour, two experiences – one French and one international – are presented and an exchange between participants and speakers will follow. This program is organised with the support of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Culture.

Open to the association’s members and international partners, the sessions are organised by videoconference and a French <> English interpreting is provided.

Objective :

Show the importance of heritage knowledge in order to contribute to its preservation and restoration.

Former historical capital of the Second Bulgarian Empire, Veliko Tarnovo has a remarkable heritage, set in an exceptional natural environment. Since 2003, the city has undertaken an important heritage inventory – analysis, typology, qualification and intervention projects on the buildings – in view of the elaboration of a management and preservation plan for its historic centre.
Bringing together craftsmen, construction companies and project managers, the project, based on a detailed knowledge of the old buildings, has made it possible to discuss heritage restoration techniques while developing awareness-raising tools for the inhabitants.

The Safeguarding and Enhancing Plan of the city of Troyes is an ambitious heritage urban planning document that sets the guidelines for development, the rights to restore or build in a logic of protection of urban heritage. It was revised and extended in 2017 to the entire « bouchon de Champagne » and its 137 hectares. Within this perimeter, the City works daily on the enhancement of the heritage by finding back the original structures of the building and which then allow to guide the way of restoration according to the periods, in particular the “timber-frame” houses, typical of the city of Troyes.
