Sites & Cités remar­quables, en parte­nar­i­at avec le Min­istère de l’Europe et des Affaires étrangères, le Min­istère de la Cul­ture, avec le sou­tien des Ambas­sades des pays parte­naires, organ­ise la 6^e édi­tion de sa For­ma­tion inter­na­tionale en décem­bre 2020.

La For­ma­tion inter­na­tionale aura pour thème « Con­nais­sance et Médi­a­tion du patrimoine »

Compte tenu du con­texte san­i­taire, l’édition 2020 se déroulera en visio-con­férence (via Zoom) pen­dant 6 ses­sions de 2h30, les 1, 2, 4, 8, 9, 10 décem­bre 2020.

Objec­tifs de la Formation

La For­ma­tion est des­tinée aux chefs de pro­jets inter­na­tionaux et aux décideurs locaux exerçant dans le domaine du pat­ri­moine, de l’architecture, de la cul­ture, du tourisme ou du développe­ment durable.

Les ser­vices des villes mem­bres de Sites & Cités peu­vent être audi­teurs libres et par­ticiper à la For­ma­tion internationale.

Les objec­tifs de cette ren­con­tre inter­na­tionale sont :

• d’échang­er les com­pé­tences et les expéri­ences dévelop­pées par les col­lec­tiv­ités français­es et étrangères, dans le domaine de la con­nais­sance et de la médi­a­tion du patrimoine
• de for­mer les pro­fes­sion­nels à la mise en place de pro­jets trans­ver­saux visant la réha­bil­i­ta­tion de sites urbains ou ruraux, de pro­pos­er des expéri­ences inno­vantes pou­vant inspir­er des pro­jets dans les pays partenaires ;
• de favoris­er les pro­jets de coopéra­tion décen­tral­isée entre autorités locales français­es et des pays participants.

Déroulé de la For­ma­tion internationale

Le cycle de for­ma­tion inter­na­tionale 2020 se déroulera pen­dant 6 ses­sions de 2h30, aux dates suivantes :

• Mar­di 1^er décem­bre (14h-16h30)
• Mer­cre­di 2 décem­bre (14h-16h30)
• Ven­dre­di 4 décem­bre (14h-16h30)
• Mar­di 8 décem­bre (14h-16h30)
• Mer­cre­di 9 décem­bre (14h-16h30)
• Jeu­di 10 décem­bre (14h-16h30)

D’une durée de 15h, cette for­ma­tion inter­na­tionale per­me­t­tra d’échanger autour des thé­ma­tiques suivantes :

• Inven­taire et con­nais­sance du pat­ri­moine: Quelles poli­tiques et pra­tiques de con­nais­sance et d’inventaire des pat­ri­moines, en France et à l’international ? Com­ment associ­er les habi­tants dans cette démarche ? Com­ment la con­nais­sance du pat­ri­moine et du ter­ri­toire peut-elle con­tribuer à mieux préserv­er le pat­ri­moine, voire à ori­en­ter les pro­jets des territoires ?

• Out­ils de pro­tec­tion du pat­ri­moine : Pour préserv­er le pat­ri­moine urbain, rur­al et paysager, quels out­ils et dis­posi­tifs sont-ils mis en œuvre ? Com­ment ces out­ils sont-ils mis en œuvre et ani­més ? Dans quelle mesure per­me­t­tent-ils de con­cili­er préser­va­tion du pat­ri­moine et pro­jet urbain ?

• Médi­a­tion du pat­ri­moine et par­tic­i­pa­tion citoyenne : Com­ment associ­er les habi­tants aux pro­jets autour des pat­ri­moines ? Quels nou­veaux espaces hybrides autour des pat­ri­moines peu­vent-ils être dévelop­pés ? Com­ment sen­si­bilis­er les habi­tants au cadre de vie ? Quels out­ils de médi­a­tion peu­vent-ils être dévelop­pés pour le jeune public ?

Infor­ma­tions pratiques

Con­di­tions : Les inscrip­tions à la For­ma­tion inter­na­tionale sont ouvertes jusqu’au 27 novem­bre 2020. Une tra­duc­tion simul­tanée sera assurée en anglais.

Les par­tic­i­pants doivent donc être fran­coph­o­nes ou anglophones.

Les ser­vices des villes mem­bres du réseau de Sites & Cités remar­quables peu­vent être audi­teurs libres.

« Her­itage Knowl­edge and Mediation »

Sites & Cités remar­quables, in part­ner­ship with the Min­istry of Europe and For­eign Affairs, the Min­istry of Cul­ture, with the sup­port of the Embassies of part­ner coun­tries, is organ­is­ing the 6^th edi­tion of its Inter­na­tion­al Train­ing Course, in Decem­ber 2020.

The 2020 Theme will be « Her­itage Knowl­edge and Mediation ».

Giv­en the san­i­tary con­text, the 2020 edi­tion will be online (with Zoom) for 2 hours 30 – ses­sions, the 1, 2, 4, 8, 9 and 10 of Decem­ber, 2020.

Train­ing Goals

The Train­ing Course is intend­ed for inter­na­tion­al stake­hold­ers and elect­ed rep­re­sen­ta­tives, work­ing in the fields of Her­itage, Archi­tec­ture, Cul­ture, Tourism or Sus­tain­able Development.

Mem­ber cities of the Sites & Cités net­work can join the training.

The objec­tives of this Inter­na­tion­al meet­ing are:

• To exchange skills and exper­i­ments devel­oped by French and For­eign local author­i­ties, in the fields of Her­itage knowl­edge and mediation
• To train pro­fes­sion­als to the imple­men­ta­tion of cross-cut­ting projects, to dis­cov­er inno­v­a­tive exper­i­ments which could be inspire projects in part­ner countries
• To facil­i­tate decen­tral­ized coop­er­a­tion projects between French and For­eign local authorities

Train­ing Course Program

The 2020 Inter­na­tion­al Train­ing Course will take place for 6 ses­sions of 2 hours 30, at the fol­low­ing dates

• Tues­day, the 1^st of Decem­ber (14–16.30)
• Wednes­day, the 2^nd of Decem­ber (14–16.30)
• Fri­day, the 4^th of Decem­ber (14–16.30)
• Tues­day, the 8^th of Decem­ber (14–16.30)
• Wednes­day, the 9^th of Decem­ber (14–16.30)
• Thurs­day, the 10^th of Decem­ber (14–16.30)

For 15 hours, this Inter­na­tion­al Train­ing Course will allow the exchange about fol­low­ing topics:

• Her­itage Inven­to­ry and Knowl­edge: What are the poli­cies and prac­tices of Her­itage Knowl­edge and Inven­to­ry, in France and abroad? How to involve inhab­i­tants in this approach? How the Knowl­edge of Her­itage and Ter­ri­to­ry could con­tribute to bet­ter pre­serve Her­itage and guide ter­ri­to­ries projects?

• Her­itage pro­tec­tion tools: To pre­serve urban, rur­al and land­scape Her­itage, what tools are employed? How these tools are being imple­ment­ed and ani­mat­ed? How and to what extent these tools allow to con­cil­i­ate Her­itage preser­va­tion and urban project?

• Her­itage Medi­a­tion and cit­i­zen par­tic­i­pa­tion: How to involve cit­i­zens to the projects around Her­itage? What new hybrid spaces around her­itage could be devel­oped? How to raise inhab­i­tants aware­ness about their liv­ing envi­ron­ment? What medi­a­tion tools could be imple­ment­ed for young audience ?

Prac­ti­cal information

Con­di­tions: Reg­is­tra­tion to the Inter­na­tion­al Train­ing Course is open until 27 Novem­ber 2020. A simul­ta­ne­ous trans­la­tion French – Eng­lish will be provided.

The par­tic­i­pants must be French-speak­ing or English-speaking.

Mem­ber cities of the Sites & Cités remar­quables net­work can join the train­ing course.
